I've lost 3lbs to date! I'm so proud of myself :) Only.. 55lbs more to go! LOL
I have been reading a lot of weightloss blogs and articles. One thing in particular that is emphasized is, portion sizing! I'm so horrible with this concept, especially when eating out. It is said that one serving of pasta is 1/2 a cup of pasta, while the servings served at restaurants are 4 servings, this totally alarmed me!! Another one of my guilty pleasures is speciality coffee's at Starbucks, Timothy's and Richtree.. I did some "Googling" and it turns out that my favourite blended coffee, Starbucks' Grande Cinnamon Dolce Latte has 330 calories, that's a meal in itself!! Today at Starbucks, I dubbed for the Tall Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte, which is only 90 calories!! I'm definitely trying but its so hard at times :(.. one day at a time I guess.
I've been on an emotional rollercoaster today, with thoughts and worries. I just want to see my actions come to play now...
