2009

The new year came by so quickly, figuratively. I haven’t posted for about a whole month, between working 2 jobs, going to the gym and trying to prepare for the holidays, it was almost impossible to be near a computer.  Now that the holiday craziness has almost subsided, my life will be back to routines and schedules.  Over the holidays, I have been wondering about what kind of resolutions I will make this year, and whether I will have the determination to keep them up. Also, with that in mind, why bother making resolutions, if you can’t stick to them? So, I’ve decided to make my list more detailed to encourage myself to accomplish these goals.

* Lose weight; healthier choices in food, limiting eating out, and at least 2x of working out/ week.
* Spending less money; paying off debt, buying what I need (not what I want), and 1x/ month splurge on self :)
* Eco-friendly; stainless steel water bottle, eco-bag as lunch bag, glass Tupperware, bring personal cups to coffee shops**!
*Attitude; awareness, basically.
