It's been a month of 4-5 days a week of working out consistantly. I wouldn't say there are dramatic changes in how I look but I feel a whole lot more energetic, and have weirdly gained a "let's go!" attitude. I have lost about 7 pounds, not exactly my target for the month, but I'm doing this at a pace that is more safe and will help me not to rebound the weight afterwards. I FEEL GOOD!
